I’m a designer–developer with a background in graphic design, UX, and creative coding.
I spent four years in AI startups as the only designer on small, scrappy teams. If it had pixels, print, or needed to exist in the real world, I probably made it. From the product itself to the booth we pitched it from, I had my hands on all of it. I also set up and ran our Notion systems for HR, onboarding, and operations while working closely with the CEO.
Last year, I stepped back from the London startup pace to focus on my computer science degree in creative computing while living in Vancouver. Alongside studying, I earned avalanche safety certification, worked as a barista and liftie, and spent more time face-to-face after years of remote work. I also took on local design projects in Vancouver that brought fresh ideas to my practice.
That shift sharpened my craft and reminded me what drives all my work: creating experiences people actually enjoy, whatever the medium. Sometimes that’s an immersive app or a beautiful product. Sometimes it’s cracking jokes with locals on the mountain.
At the end of the day, it’s about making people feel something.
